Psychotherapy

Right Response provides individual therapy for children and adults. Therapy for adults is provided at our Osseo office. Therapy for children is provided through co-located mental health services in schools.

Co-located Mental Health Services and Individual Counseling for Adults

Shelly Graf, LICSW, is Right Response’s primary adult therapist. They have been providing mental health support to youth and adults for 15 years. They have a deep ability to stay with clients through difficulty, and work collaboratively with their clients to develop new skills and new capacities, in order to seek peace, balance and joy. Shelly has experience working with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, phobias and post traumatic stress disorder, family difficulties, gender and sexuality. They works with a variety of modalities and takes an eclectic approach to therapy in order to meet her clients where they are.

Co-located Mental Health Services

We work with school administrations and settings to establish on-site therapists who can provide counseling services to your students. This support provides an opportunity to engage in therapy for students who might otherwise not be able to access mental health support.
